Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: personal care items opened for hygiene reasons, items marked as "Final Sale", and digital products.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@sparkcart.it.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
