Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

Where your items ship from

Some items ship from international fulfillment centers. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and on different dates at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact support@sparkcart.it.com.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authorities. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or stuck shipments

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days or your package appears lost, email support@sparkcart.it.com and we'll investigate and make it right.
