Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States (Standard): 7–15 business days
United States (Expedited, when available): 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and shipping carrier delays. During peak seasons (holiday periods), please allow extra time.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $35.
Orders under $35 are charged a flat rate of $4.99.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@sparkcart.it.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
